To Authors/Co-authors

• 1.	At least one registration is required for each paper to be presented on ICJWSF-2022.
  2.	For co-authors of more than one paper, your registration will cover only one of the papers. Please be sure that the other paper(s) are covered by other registration(s).
  3.	If you are a single author of several papers, please contact us by email (cst.icjwsf2022@nihon-u.ac.jp).
  4.	Completion of online registration by January 31, 2022 is required for a paper to be included in the conference program and the proceedings.

The registration fee includes:

• 1. An attendance of the plenary and the technical sessions in the online symposium system.
  2. Conference proceedings (download at the homepage)

Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Cancellations made before March 1, 2022 will receive a full refund excluding administrative fees. If you need to make a cancellation, please contact us by email (cst.icjwsf2022@nihon-u.ac.jp).
